Psvr2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the psvr2 platform. This document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and policies governing the use of all our services by Malaysian users.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the psvr2 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and psvr2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Thesvr2 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. psvr2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the psvr2 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number you register must be your own. Using another person's information without their consent is a serious violation of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. psvr2 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities and Terms of Use
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their account complies with these terms and applicable Malaysian law. You agree not to use the psvr2 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or other purposes that could compromise the safety of other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the psvr2 platform:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform systems
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation
- Sharing or transfering funds between accounts without approval
- Submitting false information during the identity verification process
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner not intended
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account. In cases of proven fraud, psvr2 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the psvr2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch n Go and GrabPay, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and RHB.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. psvr2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.
For withdrawal requests, psvr2 requires full identity verification before the first payment is processed. Withdrawals will be sent to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your psvr2 account. Any discrepancy may result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
Psvr2 reserves the right to withold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. In cases involving suspicious activity, funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Psvr2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
- Submitting false information during registration or KYC verification
- Proven involvement in fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Repeated violations of the platform's terms of use
- Voluntary account closure request by the user
When an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of standard verification. In cases of closure due to fraud, psvr2 reserves the right to retain the associated funds.

6. Liability Limit & Intellectual Property
The psvr2 platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. psvr2 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from interruptions or technical errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond psvr2's control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
Psvr2's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 30 days preceding the claim. psvr2 is not liable for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
All content on the psvr2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the intellectual property of psvr2 and is protected accordingly. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without explicit written permission from psvr2.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the psvr2 platform do not constitute our endorsement of or responsibility for their content. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Psvr2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Notifications of material changes will be sent to the email address registered to the user's account. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to the psvr2 platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
